Ben's practice is concentrated in the areas of business and commercial law. He provides counsel and representation to financial institutions and other clients in financial, transactional and general business matters. Prior to joining the Firm, he worked in New York City at Calyon Corporate and Investment Bank in the structured credit and derivatives group; Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP in the capital markets department; and Dickstein Shapiro LLP in the corporate department.
