Madeline H. Kibrick Kauffman, Partner Email Address: mkauffman@nolanandheller.com Madeline's practice is concentrated in the areas of creditor's rights, commercial loan workouts, commercial real estate and complex commercial litigation. She has extensive experience representing banks in commercial loan workouts and large-scale collections, and representing lenders and borrowers in commercial real estate and other financing transactions. Her diverse litigation experience includes commercial real estate, telecommunications and other contract disputes, the defense of lender liability actions, and the representation of secured creditors, debtors and other parties in State Courts, U.S. District Courts and U.S. Bankruptcy Courts in New York. Madeline also has substantial experience counseling and representing employers on employment law matters, including those arising in litigation and other contexts under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act and the New York Human Rights Law, disputes concerning employment agreements and wrongful discharge claims, the drafting of employee handbooks and separation agreements, and the enforcement of non-disclosure and non-compete agreements.
