Shannan graduated summa cum laude from St. Bonaventure University in 1998, and summa cum laude from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2001, where she served as Executive Notes Editor of the Journal of International Law and was a member of the Jessup Moot Court team. Shannan concentrates her practice in commercial and federal litigation and environmental law.

 

Shannan also currently serves as a court-appointed Special Master in a complex, federal multi-district litigation pending in the Northern District of Ohio: In re: Commercial Money Centers, Inc. Equipment Lease Litigation, MDL No. 1490.

Prior to joining the Firm, Shannan served as a law clerk to the Hon. Paul R. Matia, Chief Judge of the Northern District of Ohio, and the Hon. Kathleen M. O'Malley, District Judge for the Northern District of Ohio.
