We advise clients as to the appropriate business form to meet their objectives, and have extensive experience in the organization and governance of corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships, limited liability partnerships, and partnerships.
We advise clients with respect to securities law implications of acquisitions, mergers and other transactions, and serve as underwriter's counsel, investor's counsel and company's counsel in connection with securities transactions.
